Engineer II – Rotating Equipment Specialist

About the role

Tasnee is seeking an Engineer II to join its rotating equipment team in Jubail. The role focuses on troubleshooting, process improvement, and maintenance modifications for critical rotating machinery used in polymer production and petrochemical processes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse data and develop solutions to improve equipment availability and plant performance.
• Lead small project teams and supervise junior engineers and technicians.
• Prepare routine and non‑routine technical reports.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners to resolve chronic equipment issues.
• Participate in budgetary planning and work‑programme development.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and planning abilities with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
• Experience mentoring junior staff and providing first‑line supervision.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to standardized procedures.
• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) is mandatory.
