About the role

Eram Talent is launching an entry‑level engineering program for recent graduates. You will join a dynamic team, receive mentorship from experienced professionals, and work on real‑world projects across multiple engineering disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in innovative engineering projects under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Apply engineering principles to solve practical problems and contribute to project deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Develop technical skills through hands‑on tasks and continuous learning.
• Document work progress and present findings to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical/Process, Drilling, Petroleum, Instrumentation & Controls, Fire Protection, Environmental, Safety, Software, or Industrial).
• Strong academic performance and a keen interest in engineering practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Team player with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and willingness to learn new technologies.

Required skills

• Familiarity with engineering software and tools (e.g., CAD, simulation packages) is a plus.
