Engineering Manager II

About the role

Wood is seeking an Engineering Manager II to support its Projects business in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The role will lead engineering activities, ensure technical assurance and drive safe project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate engineering teams for project execution in Al Khobar.
• Oversee technical assurance processes and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Conduct audits and investigations of incidents, driving corrective actions.
• Manage project schedules, budgets and stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• Minimum 180 months (15 years) of relevant engineering experience.
• Proven experience in managing engineering projects and teams.
