Executive Director Real Estate Development

About the role

The Executive Director will lead the full development lifecycle of major real‑estate projects, from concept and feasibility through delivery and handover. Reporting to senior leadership, the role ensures that planning, design coordination, commercial structuring and execution are aligned with the organisation’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end development of mixed‑use, commercial and destination‑led projects across Saudi Arabia.
• Oversee planning, design coordination, commercial structuring and execution across multiple assets.
• Manage relationships with government entities, investors, consultants and contractors.
• Ensure robust governance, risk management and delivery certainty.
• Contribute to shaping the long‑term development pipeline and investment strategy.

Required profile

• Senior leadership experience in real‑estate development within large, complex project environments.
• Strong exposure to Saudi Arabia’s regulatory and development landscape (preferred).
• Technical development expertise combined with commercial and stakeholder‑management strength.
• Experience working with public‑sector stakeholders or giga‑project environments (advantage).
• Demonstrated credibility, decision‑making authority and long‑term strategic thinking.
