Fashion Consultant - The Deal, Riyadh

About the role

Chalhoub Group, a luxury retailer with over 10 owned brands and more than 400 international names, is hiring a Fashion Consultant for its The Deal store in Riyadh. You will help achieve sales targets while delivering an exceptional guest experience and supporting CRM, CX and other customer and people initiatives in-store.

Key responsibilities

• Collect data on customer behaviour, top sellers and slow movers for business reviews
• Build client relationships in an omni-channel approach and give pre-buying feedback on products
• Drive eNPS through people experience initiatives and culture
• Ensure adherence to VM guidelines and SOPs, and that click-and-collect is done within service-level agreements
• Capture customer data according to marketing team requirements and promote the MUSE loyalty programme
• Support in-store marketing events, brand social media campaigns and sell-throughs
• Contribute to in-store CX initiatives and give feedback on what works and what does not

Required profile

• Previous retail experience (fashion, jewellery, accessories, technology)
• 2 years of experience
• English language
• Strong communication skills
