Field Operator – Coiled Tubing

About the role

Join our Pressure Pumping Team as a Field Operator working with advanced coiled tubing technology. You will operate and monitor equipment on‑site, ensuring high‑quality production while adhering to safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, monitor and operate multiple machines simultaneously, including coiled tubing units and nitrogen pumps.
• Perform rig‑up and rig‑down of coiled tubing equipment at wellsites.
• Conduct pre‑job inspections, function tests and pressure testing of all equipment.
• Monitor pump rates, tubing depth, weight and well parameters during operations.
• Mix and pump fluids, chemicals or nitrogen as required by the job program.
• Carry out quality assurance activities to meet manufacturing, engineering and ISO specifications.
• Execute safety and risk assessments and implement preventive measures.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma.
• At least 2 years of experience operating coiled tubing equipment and nitrogen pumps.
• Proven experience with coil units, rig‑up/rig‑down procedures and fluid mixing.
• Ability to work independently and meet production schedules.
