About the role
GT Medical is seeking a proactive, results‑driven Sales Representative to expand its market presence. This field‑based position focuses on acquiring new customers, promoting products, and driving revenue growth across an assigned territory.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with the sales forecast.
- Execute sales and marketing plans effectively within the assigned territory.
- Educate clients on product features, benefits, and usage.
- Improve product visibility and positioning at customer locations.
- Prepare timely sales reports and territory plans as required.
- Monitor product shelf life and support stock management to minimize expiry rates.
- Share market insights, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients on a daily basis.
- Stay up to date with product features, new launches, and industry trends.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Results‑oriented mindset with solid territory management capabilities.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
