Field Sales Representative

About the role

GT Medical is seeking a proactive, results‑driven Sales Representative to expand its market presence. This field‑based position focuses on acquiring new customers, promoting products, and driving revenue growth across an assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with the sales forecast.
• Execute sales and marketing plans effectively within the assigned territory.
• Educate clients on product features, benefits, and usage.
• Improve product visibility and positioning at customer locations.
• Prepare timely sales reports and territory plans as required.
• Monitor product shelf life and support stock management to minimize expiry rates.
• Share market insights, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients on a daily basis.
• Stay up to date with product features, new launches, and industry trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Results‑oriented mindset with solid territory management capabilities.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned area.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
