About the role
Kiteworks is expanding into the Middle East and seeks a Channel Account Manager to build and lead a partner ecosystem across the region. This territory‑building role focuses on recruiting, enabling and co‑selling with new reseller and distribution partners to drive enterprise revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Own the Middle East channel strategy, identify, recruit and sign new reseller and distribution partners in priority markets such as UAE, KSA, Qatar, Egypt and beyond.
- Develop and manage a partner‑led pipeline that generates consistent enterprise deal flow.
- Collaborate with partner representatives to co‑sell and close high‑value enterprise contracts.
- Nurture existing Kiteworks partner relationships and conduct sales enablement, training and quarterly business reviews.
- Provide market intelligence on pricing, competition and local regulatory requirements (e.g., NCA, PDPL).
- Represent Kiteworks at regional industry events and partner forums.
- Achieve revenue targets and track KPIs, taking full ownership of regional performance.
- Handle all customer and prospect data in accordance with Kiteworks’ data protection policies.
Required profile
- 5+ years of channel sales experience, preferably with a reseller, distributor or vendor focused on the Middle East.
- Established network of VAR, MSSP or SI contacts in the region.
- Proven track record selling enterprise security, compliance or data‑protection solutions.
- Strong Arabic and English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently across multiple time zones and cultures.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% across the region.
Required skills

- Understanding of secure file sharing and content governance.
- Familiarity with regional regulatory frameworks (NCA, PDPL).
