Field Specialist II – Production Solutions & Intervention Services

About the role

Weatherford is seeking a Field Specialist II to deliver production solutions and intervention services at well sites across Saudi Arabia. The role involves executing field operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and service quality for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and document field operations, including tool checks, measurements, and post‑job reporting.
• Operate downhole tools, run BHA (Bottom Hole Assembly) designs, and perform wellbore cleaning and PBL jobs.
• Oversee jobs on‑site, guaranteeing operational excellence and strict safety compliance.
• Provide 24‑hour on‑call support to meet customer needs.
• Maintain equipment and work areas in a safe, presentable condition.
• Develop strong client relationships to foster repeat business.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant field experience (≈36 months).
• Physical capability to perform demanding field tasks.
• Strong time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Wellbore cleaning and PBL (Plug‑Back‑Log) operations.
• BHA design preparation and downhole tool operation.
• Accurate job documentation and post‑job reporting.
