Finance Manager

About the role
The Finance Manager will lead the month‑end and year‑end financial closing processes, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and support strategic decision‑making for a global oil and gas organization.
Key responsibilities
- Execute monthly financial closing in line with IFRS and distribute financial statements to stakeholders.
- Manage monthly tax compliance and coordinate annual statutory audit and group reporting.
- Oversee annual tax and transfer‑pricing compliance.
- Develop and monitor annual financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Prepare and deliver board presentations and respond to ad‑hoc requests from the Board and CFO.
- Handle treasury activities and cash‑flow management.
Required profile
- Minimum 12 years of experience in financial reporting and finance management.
- Proven ability to work with senior leadership and board members.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
