Financial Operations Analyst

About the role

The Financial Operations Analyst will oversee invoice verification and accounting processes for active contracts and projects, ensuring compliance with purchase orders, contract terms, and financial regulations. Based onsite in Thuwwal, Saudi Arabia, the role supports the Finance department in accurate financial reporting and process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Verify invoices for accuracy against contracts, purchase orders, and organizational policies.
• Manage financial processing in SAP, ensuring proper documentation, approvals, and correct cost allocation to WBS/Cost Centers and GL codes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, internal stakeholders, and resolve discrepancies such as PO extensions or invalid charging codes.
• Prepare detailed reports and analyses on invoice trends, vendor performance, and financial data using modern business tools.
• Continuously review and recommend improvements to business processes and systems.
• Perform additional tasks within the scope of financial operations as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of four years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or project finance.
• Strong command of oral and written English.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and work professionally across all organizational levels.
• Proven capability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Office Suite.
• Strong working knowledge of the SAP Finance Module.
