Fit Out Engineer – On-site (Al Hufūf)

About the role

Shadow Interior Design Company is seeking a dedicated Fit Out Engineer to join its on‑site team in Al Hufūf. This full‑time position will lead the execution of interior fit‑out projects, ensuring they meet design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee fit‑out project plans, monitoring progress against timelines.
• Coordinate daily activities with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Verify that all work complies with design drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Identify and resolve technical issues on site, providing timely solutions.
• Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to project owners and management.

Required profile

• Proven ability in project management and construction planning.
• Strong understanding of design interpretation, interior construction, and fit‑out processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in interior design, construction, or fit‑out projects is preferred.
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD and other design software.
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and layout drawings.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
