Fitness Instructor for Luxury Golf Club

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Fitness Instructor to help members of our luxury golf club achieve their fitness and wellness goals. The role involves guiding members through safe workouts, conducting assessments, and providing motivation in a premium hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Guide members through safe and effective workouts.
• Conduct fitness assessments and recommend suitable exercise programs.
• Demonstrate correct exercise techniques and equipment usage.
• Motivate and support members to achieve their fitness goals.
• Monitor members’ progress and provide regular guidance.
• Maintain a clean and safe fitness area and equipment.
• Conduct group fitness sessions when required.
• Follow health, safety, and facility guidelines.

Required profile

• Certification in Fitness Training or Personal Training.
• Previous experience as a Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer (preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic, and customer‑focused attitude.
• Knowledge of basic fitness, nutrition, and safety practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
