About the role
A leading transportation company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Fleet Operations Supervisor to oversee daily fleet activities across multiple regions. The role involves coordinating dispatch, managing drivers, and ensuring efficient logistics for fuel transport, car carriers, and tipper operations.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily fleet and transportation operations.
- Coordinate with dispatchers for trip planning, routing, and driver assignments.
- Monitor vehicle movement, performance, and timely delivery.
- Manage drivers, schedules, and operational compliance.
- Follow up on fuel transport, car carrier, tipper, and logistics activities.
- Ensure operational efficiency and cost control.
- Prepare daily operational reports and coordinate with branch management.
Required profile
- Proven experience in fleet operations or transportation supervision.
- Experience working closely with dispatchers and drivers.
- Strong knowledge of trip planning, routing, and fleet coordination.
- Experience in fuel transport, car carrier, tippers, or logistics operations is preferred.
- Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
