Food and Beverage Team Leader

About the role

As a Food & Beverage Team Leader at Miraval The Red Sea, you will help raise service standards and embed a culture of quality across our resort outlets. You will work closely with the Assistant Outlet Manager to train colleagues, ensure mindful guest interactions, and support daily operations in an adults‑only, all‑inclusive wellness sanctuary.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and reinforce Miraval’s service and quality standards through regular audits, observations, and corrective actions.
• Coach outlet staff daily to develop a strong quality mindset and mindful service behaviours.
• Assist in onboarding new team members, delivering on‑the‑job training, and tracking competency milestones.
• Conduct refresher training sessions to sustain high performance and consistency.
• Support peak‑period service flow, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to brand standards.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to model professional behaviour.
• Ability to work collaboratively with leadership to identify service gaps and implement improvements.
