FP&A Director – MENA

About the role

The Clorox Company is seeking a commercially‑minded finance leader to head Financial Planning & Analysis for the MENA region. Reporting to regional leadership, you will drive strategic financial planning, risk management, and growth initiatives across a complex market landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Lead MENA FP&A agenda, including forecasting, budgeting, long‑range planning and monthly business reviews.
• Partner with Commercial and Marketing teams to shape pricing strategy, promotional effectiveness and trade investment optimization.
• Provide actionable financial insights to support strategic decisions, growth opportunities and innovation launches.
• Analyze performance across sales channels, key accounts, distributors and product categories.
• Monitor and manage Trade Spend, Marketing, SG&A and operational investments.
• Deliver executive‑level reporting and presentations to MENA and AMEA leadership.
• Identify risks and opportunities, leading mitigation or acceleration plans.
• Enhance financial processes, reporting tools and analytics capabilities.

Required profile

• 15+ years progressive experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance or Business Finance within multinational FMCG/CPG firms.
• At least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role in the CPG/manufacturing industry.
• Strong business partnering experience with Commercial and Marketing functions.
• Proven expertise in financial planning, forecasting, pricing, trade investment and profitability analysis.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple functions and markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
