About the role
Fast Fit EMS Fitness is looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for visitors and members at its Riyadh location. You will help create a welcoming atmosphere while supporting daily administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate area within the facility.
- Provide basic information about services and answer client inquiries.
- Route incoming phone calls to the correct departments and handle simple phone queries.
- Address client complaints professionally and forward them to the relevant personnel when needed.
- Schedule and manage pre‑booked appointments to avoid overlaps.
- Assist clients with facility navigation and product recommendations.
- Maintain a positive and courteous work environment.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or front‑desk roles, preferably in fitness or hospitality.
- Friendly, confident communication and a presentable appearance.
- Ability to handle member inquiries, registrations, and basic sales.
