Front Office Agent (Saudi Only)

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is hiring a Front Office Agent in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role covers all front desk activities, including reception, check-in and check-out, cashiering, foreign exchange and guest assistance. The position is full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Register and room guest arrivals according to established procedures
• Perform check-in, check-out and room-change procedures and enter all data accurately into the hotel system
• Maintain the cashier float and keep an accurate daily report of money received
• Cash guests' personal checks and assist with currency exchange
• Stay updated on changes to accounting policies and procedures
• Assist guests with the safety box service and handle complaints, inquiries and requests, escalating unresolved issues to the supervisor or Assistant Manager
• Know the special promotion procedures for seasonal packages, frequent flyer programs and group loyalty programs
• Audit balances and prepare audit reports in an orderly way
• On night shift, check the night report, prepare the morning report and complete forms for guest arrivals
• Follow credit policy and perform other duties and special projects assigned

Required profile

• Saudi national
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
• Ability to build rapport with colleagues and management, work as part of a team and stay calm and courteous with guests
• Good judgment with difficult guests and ability to work in a multicultural environment
