General Manager – Architectural & Fitout

About the role

Elegancia Arabia is looking for a seasoned General Manager to lead its architectural and fit‑out operations across the GCC, with a primary focus on Saudi Arabia. The role oversees the full business lifecycle, from mega‑scale project delivery to financial performance, and drives the company’s growth strategy in a highly competitive construction market.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic direction for the architectural and fit‑out portfolio.
• Maintain full P&L accountability, driving revenue growth, margin optimisation and cost discipline.
• Lead bidding, tendering and contract negotiations for large‑scale, high‑complexity projects.
• Ensure project delivery meets quality, HSE, and client‑satisfaction standards.
• Build and sustain executive relationships with key clients, joint‑venture partners and regulatory authorities in KSA and the GCC.
• Align business operations with group‑level targets and report performance to the board and holding‑company leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of experience in architectural or fit‑out works, with a proven record of delivering mega‑scale projects.
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting and cost control.
• Extensive experience delivering large projects within the GCC, especially Saudi Arabia.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; professional licensure is a plus.
• Experience managing multiple business units or subsidiaries in a holding‑company structure.
• Exposure to Vision 2030 giga‑projects or high‑value hospitality, commercial or mixed‑use developments in KSA.
• Executive‑level stakeholder management with government entities, developers and international consultants.
• Ability to build, mentor and lead large cross‑functional teams.
• Fluency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
