General Manager, Sales & Marketing

About the role

The General Manager, Sales & Marketing will lead student enrolment, revenue growth, brand positioning and market development across all campuses in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Country Director, this senior leader will shape and execute country‑specific growth strategies that align with global business objectives and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Sales, Admissions and Marketing functions across Saudi campuses.
• Develop and implement a country Sales & Marketing plan that translates growth objectives into clear enrolment, revenue, lead‑generation and conversion targets.
• Own the full admissions funnel—from enquiry and lead generation to conversion and enrolment—while monitoring key metrics such as enquiry volume, conversion rates and revenue.
• Deliver market intelligence, competitor analysis and parent insights to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with the Country Director, campus principals and Group Marketing to ensure an integrated approach to campus growth.
• Lead the annual marketing strategy, overseeing digital campaigns, events, open houses, partnerships, PR and other initiatives to generate qualified leads and strengthen brand awareness.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in sales, admissions and marketing within an education or similar sector.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute country‑specific growth strategies.
• Strong analytical skills to provide market intelligence and competitor insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management, working closely with senior leadership and functional teams.
