General Manager – Specialty Coffee & F&B

About the role

Burjline Builders is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead an established specialty coffee and food‑and‑beverage business in Riyadh. The role combines strategic oversight, operational excellence, and growth leadership to enhance profitability and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute business strategies to meet revenue, profit and expansion targets.
• Drive sales, business development, partnerships and market entry initiatives.
• Oversee daily operations across all stores, ensuring brand standards, product quality and exceptional customer service.
• Monitor financial performance, KPIs, budgets and P&L, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Identify and develop new revenue streams such as additional stores, catering, corporate sales and partnerships.
• Lead, coach and develop Store Managers, Operations, Sales and support teams.
• Negotiate with key clients, landlords, suppliers and strategic partners.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, food safety standards and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, F&B Management or related field.
• 10+ years of senior‑level experience in the Saudi F&B market.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
• Extensive network of industry contacts across Saudi Arabia.
