Geospatial Customer Service Manager

About the role

The Geospatial Customer Service Manager leads a team of Customer Service Representatives who provide technical support for geospatial software and solutions. The role ensures high customer satisfaction, manages client relationships, and resolves technical issues.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of CSRs delivering technical support for geospatial applications.
• Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution.
• Develop and implement procedures for handling customer complaints and technical problems.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to the CSR team on geospatial tools.
• Collaborate with internal departments to create strategies that drive customer success.
• Maintain documentation of support processes and monitor performance against SLAs.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Geospatial Information or a related field.
• Professional certifications in geospatial technology (e.g., ESRI Technical Certification).
• Extensive experience in customer service management, preferably within the geospatial industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ArcGIS.
• Proficiency with ESRI platforms.
