GIS Installation & Service Supervisor

About the role

As a GIS Installation & Service Supervisor you will lead the deployment of advanced GIS models on construction sites across Saudi Arabia, ensuring safety, quality and compliance with Siemens Energy standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble GIS models such as 8DQ1-6, 8DN8-2/5/6, and 8DN9 with precision.
• Lead SF6 handling operations and enforce safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve major issues in Siemens Energy GIS systems.
• Conduct GIS CRM, SF6 gas purity, and leakage tests.
• Read and interpret Siemens construction and assembly drawings to guide installations.
• Prepare and submit detailed installation and inspection reports to the Know‑How Center.

Required profile

• Diploma in electrical studies or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working on construction sites.
• Strong oral and written communication, networking and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision and stay flexible.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and capacity to work under pressure.
