Graduate Marketing Specialist - Pladis Trainee Program

About the role

Pladis, a global snacking company behind brands such as McVitie's, Ulker and Godiva, is recruiting a Graduate Marketing Specialist through its Graduate Trainee Program in Jeddah. The graduate will be embedded in the marketing team, working on real campaigns, real launches and real in-market execution, building a strong foundation in execution before becoming a future brand leader.

Key responsibilities

• Campaign execution: support the rollout of integrated campaigns across digital, social and retail channels, work with agencies on creative assets and activations, own timelines and make sure campaigns go live on time and in full.
• In-market excellence: run in-store activations, promotions and visibility initiatives, partner with sales teams on retail presence and conduct regular market visits to check execution and spot gaps.
• Content and digital activation: support content planning and publishing, coordinate with agencies to adapt global campaigns for local relevance, track performance and find ways to improve engagement.
• Operations and coordination: act as the link between marketing, sales and external partners, manage several projects at once, and support budget tracking, approvals and internal processes.
• Performance tracking and learning: build and maintain campaign trackers and dashboards, support post-campaign evaluations and turn data into actionable insights.
