Senior Brand Associate - Beauty

About the role

Chalhoub Group, a luxury retailer with a portfolio of over 10 owned brands and more than 400 international names across beauty, fashion, jewellery, watches and eyewear, is hiring a Senior Brand Associate in Jeddah. The role manages and executes retail, commercial, merchandising and business development aspects, and works with cross-functional teams to run campaigns that align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement brand marketing campaigns
• Monitor and analyze brand performance, giving insights and recommendations for optimization
• Support and influence brand retail partnerships, influencer collaborations and event activations
• Ensure brand consistency and quality across all trade partners
• Track sales, stock on hand, innovation pipeline and activations, and work with the Sales team on organic growth and expansion opportunities
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for marketing projects
• Grow the brand through retailer seasonality and on-time delivery of new product development (NPD)
• Hold quarterly business reviews with customers to check targets and adjust where needed

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in brand management or category management in beauty retail or FMCG
• Fluent Arabic and English; K-Beauty experience is a plus
