Ground Operation Team Member

About the role

The Ground Operation Team Member supports daily last‑mile delivery operations by receiving, organizing, verifying, and handing over orders to riders and drivers. This role ensures smooth, timely dispatches while maintaining a safe and orderly hub environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, sort, verify and hand over orders to riders and drivers.
• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of deliveries.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized hub and warehouse area.
• Escalate operational issues to supervisors when needed.
• Support peak‑demand periods and flexible shift schedules.
• Collaborate closely with Ground Operation Supervisors, riders, drivers, Order Care, Acquisition, and hub/warehouse teams.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in logistics, delivery, warehousing, or operations (fresh graduates welcome).
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and good time‑management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
