Group FP&A Manager – Dammam

About the role

The Group FP&A Manager will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis for a diversified holding group in Dammam. Partnering with senior business leaders, the role provides insight to support strategic decisions and ensures the organisation meets its financial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
• Develop long‑term financial plans aligned with corporate strategy.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and variance analyses.
• Monitor performance against budgets and KPIs, analysing revenue, cost, profitability and cash‑flow trends.
• Provide financial models for strategic initiatives, investments and business cases.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop and track operating budgets.
• Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Improve planning processes, reporting tools and forecasting accuracy.
• Support management with presentations, payback analysis and decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements.
• Lead and mentor the FP&A team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA preferred.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, CFA or ACCA is an advantage.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in financial planning, budgeting or FP&A.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics).
• Financial planning and reporting software.
• Financial modeling and forecasting.
