Growth Enablement Manager – Warehousing & Distribution

About the role

The Growth Enablement Manager will drive commercial growth for the Warehousing & Distribution (WnD) business by equipping sales and account teams with the tools, playbooks, training and pipeline support they need to win and scale. This role works cross‑functionally with Product, Solutions Engineering and Operations to ensure the sales force is fully prepared and capable.

Key responsibilities

• Build WnD playbooks, battle cards and value‑proposition content.
• Design and deliver training for sales and account teams.
• Support early‑stage deal shaping and qualification.
• Maintain the content library and RFP toolkit.
• Track pipeline health, conversion and win/loss trends.
• Close capability or content gaps that limit growth.
• Coordinate Product, Solutions Engineering and Operations enablement.
• Support onboarding of new sales hires into the WnD portfolio.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of warehousing and distribution.
• More than 5 years of experience in sales enablement, training design and content development.
• Cross‑functional stakeholder management and analytical mindset.
• Facilitation, communication and program‑management skills.
