About the role
The Guest Environment Expert ensures the hotel’s appearance and cleanliness meet The Ritz‑Carlton Gold Standards, creating memorable experiences for guests through attentive housekeeping and prompt service.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas and the entire hotel.
- Respond to guest requests, stock carts, and handle housekeeping duties efficiently.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing up to 50 lb without assistance.
- Follow safety procedures, company policies, confidentiality rules and quality standards.
- Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance and clear communication at all times.
Required profile
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods, standing, walking or sitting as needed.
- Commitment to a safe workplace and adherence to company policies.
- Uphold confidentiality, quality standards and professional demeanor.
- Physical capability to handle objects up to 50 lb and perform hands‑on housekeeping tasks.
