About the role
The Guest Environment Expert ensures the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel, creating memorable experiences for guests. This role involves delivering guest requests, stocking carts, and maintaining both rooms and public spaces.
Key responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms and public areas to uphold the hotel’s Gold Standards.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver items as needed.
- Stock and organize housekeeping carts and supplies.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
- Maintain a safe work environment and follow company policies.
Required profile
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Commitment to confidentiality, quality standards, and professional appearance.
- Willingness to work on your feet and perform hands‑on tasks.
- Adherence to safety procedures and company policies.
