Guest Experience Agent - Saudi Nationals Only

About the role

Fairmont Ramla Riyadh, a luxury hospitality destination offering premium serviced residences, dining and guest services, is hiring a Guest Experience Agent. The position is full-time and open only to Saudi nationals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out, handle cashiering and manage guest accounts accurately.
• Review arrival lists, prepare compendiums and register guests, issuing room keys per departmental standards.
• Ensure members receive their benefits and that repeat guests and VIPs get special treatment, including welcome cards and in-room amenities.
• Liaise with other departments to meet guest needs, update the repeat guest history and promote inter-hotel sales and in-house facilities.
• Handle guest complaints and comments tactfully, manage guests' mail, messages and calls, and protect guest privacy.
• Alert security or the Duty Manager to suspicious persons or articles and stay alert to in-house credit issues.
• Maintain knowledge of food and beverage services, hotel features and fire and life safety procedures, and attend briefings, meetings and training.
• Report for duty on time in a clean uniform and perform other reasonable duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Saudi national.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field; previous front office or guest services experience preferred.
• Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera PMS (preferred).
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
