Head of Finance – Jeddah

About the role

Bank Syariah Indonesia’s overseas branch in Jeddah is looking for a senior finance professional to lead accounting, tax, budgeting and reporting functions. The Head of Finance will ensure accurate records, regulatory compliance and transparent financial information to support the branch’s growth in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Implement operational accounting activities for the Jeddah branch.
• Control accounting records and transaction processes.
• Fulfill tax rights and obligations, and compile tax financial statements for internal and external parties.
• Monitor and control CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
• Develop and evaluate partnerships that enhance finance activities.
• Coordinate with the Corporate Finance & Accounting Group at the central office for implementation of corporate finance initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree minimum.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in a similar industry and senior‑level position.
• Saudi nationality.
• Strong understanding of product knowledge, business processes, legal & compliance, finance management and financial reporting.
• Proven experience leading teams and developing work plans.
• Excellent relationship‑building, presentation and negotiation abilities.
