Head of ICT – American Curriculum (High School)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to design and lead a new American high‑school ICT program in Saudi Arabia. This senior position will shape a cutting‑edge curriculum, train teachers, and deliver online lessons within a hybrid learning model.

Key responsibilities

• Design the ICT curriculum (units, lesson plans, assessments, homework) for Grades 9‑10 launching Fall 2026.
• Lead, train, and support other ICT teachers in delivering the program.
• Teach one online ICT section aligned with the curriculum and learning outcomes.
• Continuously adapt and improve lessons and materials.
• Utilise EdTech and digital tools to drive engagement, differentiation, and participation.
• Collaborate with the wider team to refine curriculum, delivery methods, and learning journeys.

Required profile

• Experience designing International American high‑school ICT curriculum aligned to CCSS standards.
• Experience delivering ICT curriculum to students for whom English is a second language.
• Recognised teaching qualification (BA/MA in subject area, TESOL, CELTA, etc.).
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Availability to work full‑time Sunday to Thursday (GMT+3) with possible flexible half‑day schedule.
• Native English speaker from an English‑speaking country.
• Reliable internet connection and professional video setup.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI concepts and emerging EdTech tools.
• Proficiency in using digital learning platforms and EdTech resources.
