Head of Marketing – Enterprise & Government (B2B/B2G)

About the role

Qanoniah, Saudi Arabia's leading AI LegalTech startup, is building its marketing function from scratch. As Head of Marketing you will own the full marketing stack, drive revenue growth and position Qanoniah as the top AI legal solution for enterprises and government entities across the Kingdom.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall marketing strategy, go‑to‑market plan and marketing‑sourced pipeline and revenue targets.
• Build the marketing department: design structure, processes, budget, and recruit the next hires.
• Craft positioning and messaging for the product portfolio targeting legal, contracts, procurement and digital transformation leaders.
• Lead demand generation across digital channels, webinars, conferences, account‑based marketing, executive programs and partner initiatives, all measured against a shared pipeline language with Sales.
• Establish Qanoniah as the reference brand in legal AI through brand, PR and Arabic‑first thought leadership.
• Enable Sales with tools, content and operations that track every riyal against pipeline.

Required profile

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 4 years in enterprise technology, AI or SaaS targeting large enterprises and government entities in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven track record of generating marketing‑sourced pipeline and revenue, speaking in terms of pipeline coverage and win rates.
• Experience building and scaling a marketing organization from the ground up.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi enterprise and public sector buying cycles.
