Head of Marketing - LIONS Riyadh (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Tahaluf, a joint venture between Informa PLC, SAFCSP and the Events Investment Fund, organises large B2B and B2C events in Saudi Arabia. LIONS Riyadh is a new three-day festival launched by Tahaluf in partnership with LIONS and the Ministry of Media, taking place at KAFD in Riyadh from 6-8 December 2027. The Head of Marketing reports to the Marketing Director and manages a diverse team in Riyadh, leading the brand, audience and go-to-market strategy for the festival.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the brand, audience and go-to-market strategy for LIONS Riyadh, building awareness, consideration and demand across Saudi Arabia, the GCC and priority international markets
• Drive qualified registrations, ticket sales and attendance, and increase engagement with CMOs, creative leaders, agencies, brands and emerging talent
• Manage a cross-functional marketing team, including senior marketers and specialists, and recommend team structures and delivery solutions
• Develop campaigns for specific projects, ensuring they reflect the LIONS brand, tone and creative standards
• Work closely with LIONS, Content, Creative, PR, Commercial and Partnerships teams
• Monitor campaign performance through reports, share insights with sales and event teams, and advise on changes to campaign execution
• Act as a change management ambassador and champion the adoption of marketing technology and digital marketing

Required profile

• Extensive experience in digital marketing, content marketing and marketing technology
• Track record of commercial collaboration to develop products and positioning that meets customer demand
• Analytical and data-oriented, with a history of testing and optimisation, and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to different market dynamics and guide campaign strategy
