Head of Sales – Diesel Generators

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Head of Sales to lead our diesel generator business across Saudi Arabia. The role will shape sales strategy, expand market presence and ensure the achievement of revenue and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and profit goals.
• Lead the sales and service team, driving business development in Oil & Gas, Construction, Industrial, Infrastructure, Data Centers, Rental and Government sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, consultants, contractors and EPC firms.
• Manage major projects, tenders, negotiations and key accounts.
• Provide technical guidance on power solutions and generator sizing.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing and new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with engineering, service and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in diesel generator or power generation sales.
• Proven track record in sales management and team leadership.
• Strong commercial knowledge of generator systems, including sizing, synchronization, AMF/ATS and overall power solutions.
• Experience in the Saudi Arabia/GCC market is preferred.
• Familiarity with brands such as Cummins, Perkins, FG Wilson, Mitsubishi, MTU, Volvo Penta, Kohler or AKSA is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and business development skills.
