Hotel Development Intern – Saudi Arabia

About the role

Kerten Hospitality is seeking a motivated intern to support its hotel development pipeline in Saudi Arabia. You will work remotely as part of the Remoteship program, gaining hands‑on experience in identifying and evaluating new lodging opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify lodging development opportunities across Saudi Arabia by meeting owners, developers, consultants, and brokers.
• Analyze financial, operational, and strategic feasibility of potential projects.
• Map and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as developers, brokers, investors, and landlords.
• Support financial feasibility studies and preliminary site evaluations.
• Identify strategic partners and high‑value opportunities through data analysis and networking research.
• Prepare reports, presentations, pitch decks, and internal briefing materials.
• Assist with outreach, meeting coordination, and relationship‑management activities to secure new projects.

Required profile

• Current education in real estate, business, hospitality, or related fields.
• Strong interest in Saudi hospitality development and lifestyle real estate.
• Self‑driven, highly independent, and able to deliver results in a remote environment.
• Ownership mindset with the ability to source opportunities proactively.
• Strong research, analytical, and presentation abilities.
• Based in Saudi Arabia with solid familiarity of the local market.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
