About the role
The House Hotel Jeddah, part of Kerten Hospitality, is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead its housekeeping team. You will ensure that guest rooms, public areas and facilities consistently meet the brand’s quality standards while supporting the hotel’s sustainability and guest‑experience goals.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all housekeeping operations, guaranteeing rooms, public areas and facilities meet KH quality and brand standards.
- Recruit, train and manage housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Monitor daily cleaning schedules, conduct inspections and coordinate deep‑cleaning activities.
Required profile
- Minimum of 48 months (4 years) of experience in housekeeping management.
- Proven ability to lead large housekeeping teams in a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
