About the role
We are looking for a Riyadh‑based HR & Admin Officer to support the MEA team at RLDatix. The role combines office administration with HR operational tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance with local government portals.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative assistance to the MEA General Manager, handling travel bookings, post, office logistics and event organisation.
- Support facilities management, log health‑and‑safety risks and coordinate repairs.
- Maintain client and partner databases, manage contracts for cleaning and supplies, and supervise administrative assistants.
- Assist the Senior People Partner with recruitment administration, offer letters, employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
- Manage HR‑related government portals (Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad) and update HR systems with employee lifecycle changes.
- Prepare standard HR reports, presentations and archive employee records in line with local requirements.
Required profile
- Experience in administrative and HR support within a corporate environment.
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian labour regulations and government portals.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and support regional leadership.
Required skills
- Proficiency in using HR information systems and government portals (Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad).
- Competence in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation.
