HR Advisor

About the role

TechnipFMC is seeking an HR Advisor to support its People & Culture agenda worldwide. You will help align HR policies, processes and governance with business needs while fostering employee engagement and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a strong understanding of short‑, medium‑ and long‑term business requirements to ensure HR activities are aligned with local and corporate objectives.
• Provide day‑to‑day People & Culture support to managers and employees, offering timely, practical advice on policy interpretation, disciplinary matters, capability processes and performance management.
• Develop, maintain and support implementation of HR policies, procedures and governance frameworks to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Support international mobility, coordinating assignment requirements and applying relevant policies.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, People & Culture teams and Shared Services to deliver HR projects, corporate initiatives and operational priorities.
• Promote behavioral competency‑based interviewing and effective recruitment practices.
• Collaborate with the GRO team to ensure compliance with government regulations.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR policies and best practices.
• Ability to coach managers on effective people management and accountability.
• Experience advising on conduct, capability, absence, performance and employee relations matters.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and personal development.
