HR Manager - Aviation Industry

About the role

Eram Talent is recruiting an experienced HR Manager for its aviation industry client, based in Dammam. The role covers all aspects of human resources practice and processes specific to the aviation sector, with a focus on compliance, employee development and strategic HR management. The workplace is on site.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the aviation company's business objectives.
• Manage recruitment and selection to attract top aviation talent.
• Oversee employee relations and maintain a positive, productive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, aviation regulations and industry standards.
• Manage performance appraisal systems and coordinate training and development programs.
• Advise management and staff on HR policies, procedures and best practices.
• Lead HR projects that improve employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
• Administer compensation and benefits tailored to the aviation sector.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• At least 7 years of HR management experience, preferably in the aviation industry.
• Experience managing HR teams and leading strategic HR initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, aviation regulations and HR best practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR information systems and recruitment tools.
