About the role

The HR Senior Officer will act as a key liaison between the organization and its employees, ensuring that employment terms, conditions, and HR practices are consistently applied. This role combines strategic workforce planning with hands‑on operational support to drive effective people management.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate and deliver information in a business context both verbally and in writing, ensuring clarity and completeness.
• Monitor, collect, and interpret raw data from various sources, evaluate results, and produce reports that aid decision‑making.
• Organize and plan work or project activities to meet short‑ and long‑term objectives efficiently.
• Manage the relationship between the organization and its employees regarding terms and conditions of employment.
• Conduct manpower planning analyses, forecast staffing needs, and assess current workforce composition.
• Design and deliver onboarding programs, develop checklists, and perform audits to verify proper implementation.
