Human Resources Business Partner (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

TP-Link Saudi is looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support its growing operations in the Kingdom. The role will manage the full employee lifecycle, ensure compliance with Saudi labour regulations, and partner with business units to drive effective HR solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition, from job posting to onboarding.
• Oversee daily HR operations, maintaining alignment with company policies and Saudi labour law.
• Ensure legal compliance with GOSI, QIWA and other relevant regulations.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities, including performance management, relations and off‑boarding.
• Provide operational support to ensure smooth business processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition and full‑cycle recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labour laws, GOSI and QIWA.
• Experience managing HR operations and employee lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and attention to detail.
