About the role

The Human Resources Coordinator supports the HR team by handling administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, and providing a welcoming environment for candidates and guests at our Riyadh location.

Key responsibilities

  • Create and maintain filing systems for personnel documents.
  • Draft and type office correspondence using a computer.
  • Distribute and route incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Order and track HR office supplies and forms.
  • Answer phone calls, record messages, and provide courteous telephone etiquette.
  • Create new employee personnel files and ensure accurate maintenance of all records, including interview documents and I‑9 forms.
  • Assist walk‑in candidates with application procedures and keep the application area clean, accessible, and compliant with disability standards.
  • Respond to employee and management inquiries regarding HR policies, programs, and guidelines.
  • Inform HR management of employee‑relations issues within the division.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and property records.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager.
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.

Required profile

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • At least one year of related HR or administrative experience.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • No specific license or certification required.
