About the role
The Human Resources Coordinator supports the HR team by handling administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, and providing a welcoming environment for candidates and guests at our Riyadh location.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain filing systems for personnel documents.
- Draft and type office correspondence using a computer.
- Distribute and route incoming and outgoing mail.
- Order and track HR office supplies and forms.
- Answer phone calls, record messages, and provide courteous telephone etiquette.
- Create new employee personnel files and ensure accurate maintenance of all records, including interview documents and I‑9 forms.
- Assist walk‑in candidates with application procedures and keep the application area clean, accessible, and compliant with disability standards.
- Respond to employee and management inquiries regarding HR policies, programs, and guidelines.
- Inform HR management of employee‑relations issues within the division.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and property records.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager.
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards.
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least one year of related HR or administrative experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
