Human Resources Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Human Resources Supervisor to lead daily HR operations for a leading Saudi logistics and transport company. The role ensures smooth employee services, compliance with Saudi labour law, and supports the organisation’s growth across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily HR operations and employee services.
• Implement HR policies and procedures effectively.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, transfers, promotions and exits.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support manpower planning and workforce requirements.
• Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance.
• Monitor attendance, leave and employee administration processes.
• Coordinate with Finance and Payroll to ensure accurate employee data.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labour regulations and company policies.
• Prepare HR reports and monitor HR KPIs.
• Supervise and develop HR team members.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and HR digitalisation.
• Support HR audits and compliance reviews.
• Promote a professional, confidential, service‑oriented HR environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–7 years of HR experience.
• Previous supervisory or team‑leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labour regulations.
• Experience with HRIS/ERP systems.
