HVAC Technician (Specialized in LG VRF System & FAHU)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to install, operate, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation and air‑conditioning systems for residential, commercial and industrial facilities. The role ensures systems run efficiently, safely and in line with project specifications and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Install, test, commission, maintain and repair chillers, AHUs, FCUs, DX units, VRF/VRV systems, split & packaged units, and exhaust/fresh‑air systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance according to schedules and respond to emergency breakdowns.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and control faults, conduct refrigerant charging, pressure testing, vacuuming and leak detection.
• Read and interpret drawings, schematics and technical manuals, and monitor system performance to recommend efficiency improvements.
• Maintain service reports, maintenance logs and coordinate with supervisors, engineers and other trades.

Required profile

• Diploma/ITI in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air‑Conditioning or equivalent.
• 3–7 years of hands‑on HVAC experience in project or facilities environments.
• Familiarity with international standards such as ASHRAE, SMACNA and CIBSE; GCC/UAE project experience preferred.

• Refrigerant handling, charging, pressure testing and leak detection.
• Ability to read and work from drawings, schematics and method statements.
