ICQA Researcher – Inventory Control Quality Assurance

About the role

As an ICQA Researcher you will conduct detailed investigations of inventory adjustments and transactions, providing high‑quality data support for operational improvement initiatives and root‑cause analysis of defects. You will work closely with the warehouse operations team to develop expertise in all site processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data collection processes and management systems.
• Ensure data integrity with a target of 0% error rate.
• Design queries, compile data, and generate reports using Microsoft Access and Excel.
• Create charts and graphs for reporting purposes.
• Research defect trends and perform in‑depth analysis.
• Enter and validate data as needed.
• Perform data mining and problem‑solving activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Physical capability to lift up to 49 lb, stand or walk for shifts up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to lead by example in safety and quality.
• Willingness to develop subject‑matter expertise on site operations.
