In-House Counsel – Saudi National (Riyadh)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Saudi national to join our team as an In‑House Counsel in Riyadh. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales, HR, finance and management teams to ensure that all business activities comply with Saudi laws and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on labor and employment compliance matters.
• Draft, review and revise contracts and other legal documents.
• Support the business in managing contractual and corporate legal matters.
• Handle legal issues related to corporate governance, contracts and labor disputes.
• Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB), Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM).
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a law firm or as in‑house counsel for a mid‑ to large‑size organization.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial and employment law.
• Excellent drafting, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Litigation and arbitration experience (preferred).
