Income Auditor – Revenue Accounting Specialist

About the role

The Income Auditor ensures that all revenue generated across hotel operations is accurately recorded, verified, and reconciled. Working within a leading hospitality brand, you will safeguard financial integrity and support timely reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Audit daily revenue reports from all operational outlets.
• Reconcile system‑generated revenue with cash, credit‑card, and other payment records.
• Verify billing, postings, voids, discounts, rebates, and complimentary entries for proper authorization.
• Prepare daily income audit summaries for management review.
• Support month‑end closing, financial reporting, and coordinate with front‑office, F&B, and finance teams.
• Identify revenue leakage risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist internal and external auditors during audit processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 24 months (2 years) experience in revenue auditing or hotel finance.
• Strong understanding of revenue accounting and internal control procedures.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reconciliation and reporting.
• Revenue auditing and reconciliation expertise.
